Old Town Pet Resort in Springfield Virginia, a place where pets can vacation. Outside, the facility looks like a hotel. Inside, there’s a lobby where dogs and their pet parents are welcomed at the front desk. We aim to be five-star. We aim to provide five-star services to our guests as well as our clients, and that begins right when you walk in the front door. Our guests have four paws and our clients have two legs. It’s one of three family owned pet resorts in the Washington area where dogs get pampered and get to socialize. The accommodations range from a 55 dollars per night classic room to a 120 per night luxury penthouse suite with a window and TV. It also comes with a turndown service, which, as you know, we go in, we tuck them in at night. We’ll give them a little treat. It comes with camera access. You can actually view your pet in their room 24 hours a day.
This giant schnauzer named Zeus will be indulged in a luxury suite while his owner goes away for a few days. Extra TLC playtime on the 21st, then we’re also getting a bath on the day of departure. Yes, all right. I also like the pet cam features that are offered here where I can go on my cell phone and I can check and see how he’s doing in his room. At day camp, the dogs enjoy toys and play. Some clients are going on vacation and they want to pamper their pets too while they’re away. Like any type resort, there is also a pool. Ben, a black Labrador, is fond of chasing his duck in the heated saltwater pool. Ben’s owner likes the extras. It tells you that, you know, we realized that we’re a pool for dogs, but we want you mommy and daddy who are observing your animal to be comfortable too, and I bet that speaks volumes to me. We want a whole new one, don’t you? This customer says his Great Dane Pixie is treated like family. I trust people that are here because of the fact that I know that they take good care of her. They love her just as much as we do. When they are able to come back from their vacations and see that their dogs were well taken care of and they were happy and satisfied the whole time. I think that makes it worth it for them in the long run.
